"Very clean, comfortable but NO working hot tub"

Very clean, comfortable bedding

Hot tub was broken and was not notified. Was one of the main reasons for staying at this hotel, so we were pretty disappointed Ice machine on the second floor was also broken, not a huge deal but makes me assume they dont fix things often/quickly.

"Don’t stay if you anticipate having any customer service needs at all"

Front desk service is a joke. On check in we asked for a late check out the next day. We were told we had to talk to someone about that in the morning. Talked to the front desk person FIRST thing in the morning and watched him put a late checkout on our account in the computer. At 11:10 housekeeping started knocking my door and knocked 3 times before sending front desk up at 11:33. When I told the girl I had been given an ok for a late checkout time and would be out before noon she literally told me I hadn’t ever talked to anyone and that she needed the room! She was rude and condescending. Would NEVER stay here again.

The overwhelming perfume SMELL piped in through the air ducts clung to everything (vs the smell of fresh laundered sheets). Caused a headache and made it nearly impossible to sleep 💤
