Мы приехали в 9 часов,заселили уже в 10-30.Предоставили бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт.Персонал очень внимательный и услужливый.Океан был чистый.Купались.

"Prima vacanza in Asia a 5 stelle"

Resort molto bello e accogliente . Posizionato sulla passeggiata lungo la spiaggia. Pulito. Buoni servizi . Camera da noi scelta corrispondeva alla descrizione con accesso diretto al giardino e, per farsi perdonare il cambio struttura di due notti per " inconveniente tecnico" , con accesso diretto alla piscina e zona colazione. Camera spaziosa . Letto molto comodo Per le prime due notti dormito in altra struttura adiacente usufruendo dei servizi del resort e hanno applicato un piccolo sconto .

Il giorno del nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che c'era un problema alla nostra stanza e ci è stato proposto un cambio camera per due notti presso una altra loro struttura di livello inferiore. Menu cena alla carta sempre uguale.

Das Envy Restaurant im Holiday Inn ist top top top und und entspricht auch einem Holiday Inn 👍 Haben die meiste Zeit im Envy verbracht. Gutes Essen, Ferien Feeling und super nette Bedienungen. Auch die ganze Hotel Stuff ist super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Der Gym ist klein aber sauber und Top eingerichtet.

Das Palm Restaurant ist einem Holiday Inn unwürdig. Optisch und Qualität. Frühstück war auch mehr Quantität als Qualität. Und wer Ruhe sucht ist hier auch falsch. Die Swimmingpool Area ist Familienlastig und daher eher laut. Das Standard Zimmer war für 140 Euro pro Tag sehr enttäuschend. Und absolut nicht den Fotos entsprechend. Wir wurden einen Tag vorher scheinbar wegen AC Probleme in das Express verlegt. Sind 1 Uhr nachts aus Phuket angereist. Konnten dann auch im Express nicht einchecken. Man hat uns dann für 2 Nächte ins Aya Ducta gebucht. Habe dann reklamiert und wurde dann nach der ersten Nacht wieder ins Resort verlegt. Ist natürlich bei nur einer Woche Ferien mehr als Ärgerlich. 🙁
