Good overall!!

Staff was way attentive felt comfortable at all times.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I’ve stayed at other hotels in this area and so far this has been the most spacious room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The shower had nice hot water. Only thing the space from the toilet to the shower was a little tight.

Was originally given a room, king size bed but as I walked in I noticed the loud noise from a vent. I requested to change my room since it’s impossible to sleep with the vent sound. I was told that he can’t change the room because I already used the toilet to pee. That’s the most ridiculous reason I’ve ever hear. I insisted and finally got a transfer. It shouldn’t be an issue to change but the hotel it like one.

It was ok had to change to three different rooms because their was no air conditioning in the rooms, finally got it right. Of the all the times I have stayed at this Holiday Inn this was the worst.

Excellent service

The property is old and needs to upgrade, replace curtains and the parking is extremely limited, spaces are very narrow and the access way from the hotel to the parking lot is not handicapped friendly.

All staff members were very friendly.

Older building but you could tell they took pride in their guests experience. Very clean, daily room cleaning. House keeping respected when we didn’t want the service. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. Every employee we encountered was pleasant. Lots of things to do in walking distance. Right in the center of downtown. Will be staying again.
