Holiday Inn La Piedad by IHG

Me gustó la tranquilidad (en la noche puedes escuchar los grillos y por la mañana a los pájaros) , el acceso es controlado, el estacionamiento es amplio, el personal es muy amable (puedes sentir su buena vibra) y los alimentos bien condimentados. En suma una experiencia agradable, lo recomiendo.

This is a nice hotel located on a busy street in La Piedad Michoacan. We were greeted by friendly front office staff for a quick and efficient check up in. The room was clean and the bed quite soft but comfortable. The furniture was perhaps a bit dated. There were no sugar free beverages in the vending machines so we walked across the busy street to a Walmart. As I am diabetic I would suggest the hotel ask their supplier to add at least one diet soda. David at the front desk was helpful in obtaining a pizza delivery. The hotel breakfast was excellent with cooked to order food with many ingredients.

Good facility. Room 251 noise from 252 surely invades both rooms.

Comfortable, easy parking, AC worked great, starbucks and restaurant on site

This will be our family's second stay at this hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. Location is very safe and quiet. Food was delicious. A big plus is that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The courtyard is beautiful with a warm water pool. I will say that service was sometimes hit or miss. Sometimes front desk help was excellent and other times it felt like we were bothering them. Other than that our stay was great.

Nice location and well-kept common areas.

Es un hotel lindo ya han mejorado mucho de la ultima vez a esta.

The breakfast buffet is fenomenal. The food was out of this world.

The beds are a little hard for me. I was told by staff they will be replacing the mattress soon.
