Location, room amenities, breakfast. Ladies putting out breakfast were on top of it!

"Nice hotel and room but night clerk was not welcoming!"

We recently spent the night here on our way to N.C. and even though we didn’t have a problem with the room we did have a problem with the desk clerk who checked us in. After standing at the counter for 5+ minutes the clerk came out from the back office and said hello to us and nothing else, No welcome to Hampton, no how can I help you, no nothing. I told her our name, we had reservations and would like to check in. Asked for our card and gave us our room key. Didn’t recognize us as Hilton Honors members and we had to ask for water. She did not represent the Hilton Brand well and we were a little disappointed. Fortunately the room was very nice, clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a great shower head. The 2 ladies in the breakfast area were great. They greeted us and asked if they could be of any help as well as chatting with us for a bit. Definitely made you feel welcome. I’d definitely stay here again but if I was Hampton I’d discuss customer relations with night clerk.

"Probably won’t stay again"

We stayed one night on our way to Florida. The room was not very clean found hair on the ceiling of the bathroom? Bedspread had stains that just made me question the cleanliness of everything in the room. The free breakfast was really nice with a lot of choices. The staff was also very friendly.

"Positive stay with not great mattresses with little to no support."

The staff was very friendly and positive. The room was very clean.

The mattresses were sinking in on both sides where guest lay to sleep . The Mattresses were too soft and uncomfortable with sinking indentations where people lay to sleep . I ended up sleeping across the bed in the horizontal direction in order to have any back support , it wasn’t comfortable.
