Location and the surrounding environment of trees, bike friendly roads, and activity centers

I was sent a direct message by the hotel, with an additional "mandatory" purchase of NYE dinner buffet tickets for our stay. I was fully willing to avail the dinner, its just that forcing its guest to avail a dinner, is LAZY marketing.

Staff is very good, very helpful. Location is great, good parking and you can easily go everywhere. Also nice park and restaurants nearby. Rare restaurant in the hotel is great. Also breakfast is a proper buffet.

Shower doesn't drain properly as the floor was not leveled correctly. Bathroom facilities slightly outdated/used. AC too strong.

The staff are very nice. The place is very clean. The buffet breakfast has lots of options

The parking area is very far. The toilet and bathroom are outdated. The place is inaccessible from nearby restaurants and attractions if you want to walk.
