"Porto was great but hotel was disappointing."

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Pancake maker was out of order. Room. See next response. Location was good

Air conditioner had a problem. First staff member who came spoke no English. Translation on her phone was not easy. Eventually a maintenance work came and fixed problem. Front desk staff were unfriendly. Room was tiny, shower slippery. My experience did not match up with reviews on booking site.
