I mentioned to the staff that fruit on the breakfast buffet that were labelled “fresh seasonal berries “ were noticeably defrosted and not seasonal! Very friendly staff but all spoke poor English. I’ve been under charged, tried all day to contact hotel but will try again tomorrow as its Monday.
