Prosecco on arrival, greeted by smiling staff, nice large room.

We paid £20/- extra per person for our daughters to join us in the morning for breakfast, which is far too expensive!

Comfy bed, spacious room, Nespresso maker and kettle. Good location. Breakfast quite good, omelettes to order. Parking available. Made good use of Exec Lounge in the evening.

Not enough staff to deal with car parking. Would have preferred a la carte breakfast options. Exec lounge closed at 10pm, canapes and alcohol only available for 2 hours between 6&8, only crisps outside of those times. Made to feel like a criminal when we consumed a bottle of fizz in the lounge even though bought from the hotel and originally delivered to our room!
