Breakfast was good. Rooms were big. Staff were lovely.

Pool was not working and information about it was clear, no one knew what was going on between maintenance and reception. Food at Dinner was not great, felt like reheated frozen food but priced like fresh food.

"Clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff."

Clean, good size room. Lovely warm swimming pool that we had to ourselves. Friendly staff and breakfast was good.

Bed was very hard. We have a sofa bed out in our room but there was little room to get around it due to the coffee table. They should have removed it from the room.

The proximity to ICC Wales and also the hotel amenities and service was really great.

The toilet in our room was a bit difficult to flush and so it requires a lot of water to use.
