"The good and the bad."

The good: location was convenient. The employees were all very nice and tried to be helpful. It was quiet. The room and breakfast are were clean. Breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, pancakes/waffles was all fine. The bad to good: Our king mattress was sloped way down in the middle, to the point where my husband had to help be get out the first night! But after 2 days of complaining, they either flipped the mattress or replaced it, and it was much better. Beds are very high for a short person. The bad that didn't improve: We had our room keys (cards) re-keyed 4 times, and we still had trouble entering our room. One time I tried 9 times before getting a green light and another time 15x. My husband had the same issues. And I tried all the tricks they told me to try. All 4 days we had difficulty.

"Dirty dirty dirty"

Nothing good to say.

I didn't like that the room we were in had dirty sheets, a moldy picture frame, and when my husband went to sit down the lamp above him fell on top of him. Tried to call and get a new blanket. Was told they would call me back in 5 minutes 30 went by so I called back. I was yelled at on the phone that unless I wanted to move rooms at midnight with 4 kids there was nothing to be done. We literally just wanted a clean blanket to sleep with.

Man! My wife and I love this Spot, this is our honey hole that has everything that you can want in a Hotel, excellent service with a great staff and the complimentary breakfast is awesome 😎. We have established a great relationship with this Hotel and there's not another place we would rather stay when we come to Huntsville/ Madison!

You can't get us to say anything bad about this hotel.
