Wyndham Fort Smith City Center

We were staying in this hotel with 3 other families for a baseball tournament in a nearby town. 1 family left immediately upon check-in due to mold and just overall uncleanliness. Another family left the next day, also due to mold. The two remaining families stayed for the duration of the reservation, but when needing to extend, did not choose to stay the additional night at this hotel. There is an overall feel of humidity everywhere inside. Hanging towels do not get dry in the bathroom and sheets are continually damp. There were goldfish snacks and other crumbs and dirt in the floor in our room at check in. The shower did not drain well so there were 2-3 inches of standing water in the bottom of the tub with every shower. Additionally, there is very limited parking in front of the hotel. Two nights we had issues with arriving back late and having nowhere to park. There’s a parking deck across the street which we weren’t allowed to use because it was during the week. One major complaint of mine is that the amenities online listed “laundry,” but there was no laundry on site. We chose this hotel due to the fact that it said laundry because we were needing to wash baseball uniforms daily. I want to close this review by raving about the front desk staff. They were incredibly nice and welcoming. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They were pleasant, helpful and kind.

Everything was damp. There was mold in some rooms of others who were staying with us. The corners of our room abs bathroom were very dirty. The amenities list laundry, but there’s no laundry. Parking is a disaster. There are probably 20 spots for the entire hotel.

Location was good. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast - cold eggs and burned bacon. Gravy was like water. Biscuits cold and hard.

Olivia was amazing! She and your breakfast staff made our stay wonderful. We would stay again because of them!

The facility and front desk was very nice and pleasant

The AC dripped water on the floor so much that I had to get a bucket to catch the water. I had an event the next morning that I was dead tired for due to lack of sleep!
