The first night we got no sleep a man and a woman fighting loudly outside our room. I cracked the door to ask them to be quiet, they appeared to be on drugs. They stomped like elephants between the hours of 12 am and 4 am both nights the second night it also sounded like someone being thrown onto the floor repeatedly. Sunday we almost didn't home because of lack of sleep. The bed and the pillows smelled and were hard and lumpy. The floor was dirty. Safety hazard every where. There were so many things wrong this list could continue.

The room was missing a shower curtain, towels, toilet paper and had zero amenities. Breakfast consisted of supermarket muffins and coffee.

Check in was horrible. Front desk saw my reservation but was still trying to have me pay again. Then I showed him my confirmation he then did not know how to process it and give me a room. I waited over an hour and a half to get my room. If it wasn't for being 1am in the morning I would've went somewhere else. Then at 7am front desk banging on my door saying I'm staying in a room unlawfully. And need to verify my reservation. Spoke to the GM who was not apologetic finally found my reservation and said I could return to my room. Already woken up to this madness.. unbelievable.. I want a refund.

Front desk was extremely friendly. The property is quiet and the rooms were very spacious and a very different layout. I will stay here from now on and thankful I found this location

If you need a cheap place to stay in the south Valley, and arent too picky, then this works. Otherwise hard pass.

Ask for not to around children- above and on the side- very very lound

The room smelled of cleaning solution and smoke. The beds need to be changed, they are noisy and uncomfortable. Why must the hotel charge for everything? If an item is listed as an amenity then it should be included in the price. Charge for internet. Charge for the plates and cups in the room. Charge to use the phone. Included breakfast listed as an amenity is a joke. There was nothing there at 730 am and the person at the desk was like, sorry thats all we have. This hotel is literally just a place to stop when passing through to another destination.
