The manager was extremely rude. Should not be in the hospitality business.

My room was not clean, the shuttle was limited. But beyond thst, the Manager was so rude and ill mannered, does not belong in hospitality business. Could not rectify a single problem or acknowledge a situation. So poorly trained. I asked for access to General Manager and he denied me access even after my room was not cleaned. I left and went to another hotel and they charged me early cancellation fee. Horrible experience.

It looked really old.

Pics are grossly misleading. Rooms are yellow and peeling. Do not stay here. I checked out immediately. Staff was very rude about it and tried to defend the disgustingly misleading photoshopped pics. Marriott should be ashamed of itself letting them falsely market this property like this.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. HOWEVER…The property is in need of an update. Rooms are tired and not well maintained. Pool area has cracks and chips. Disappointed overall. Would not return until Marriott decides to refurbish the entire location.

was surprised at a couple of add-on Junk fees: $20/day self parking, $30/day "destination fee". probably would not stay here again as a result.

Breakfast was ok. It did the job. Nothing special. I was told when I checked in that my reservation had a $30.00 credit to use during my stay at the hotel and to just charge it to my room and I would receive a credit. I used the credit for breakfast on Sunday and charged it to my room. My credit card on file was charged and I was never credited for the $27.01 I used for breakfast. I paid the tip in cash. Maybe I should have mentioned it when I checked out to receive the credit.

Should have been credited for the 27.01 I used for breakfast toward the $30.00 credit I was told went with my room when I checked in.
