"After a long day of travel, everything about this hotel was disappointing."

Location

Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom smelled of unpleasant chemicals. Hallways felt like a sauna. Staff took 10 minutes to come up front to check us in and failed to inform us about multiple elevators and entrances into the building. Walked very far carrying heavy luggage loads to discover we could have gone through a MUCH closer entrance. Pool towels are thin and the size of a hand towel. Expensive breakfast.

We liked the location. The room was clean and comfy and the staff was nice. We also really liked that they had name brand shampoo, conditioner, etc.

The phone did not work properly along with the ice machine.
