They gave away our reservation even though we called before check in to let them know how far away we were and that we were on our way and then they wanted to charge us for a 2nd room for the 1st night of our stay and then they could get us into the correct room the next day.

The kitchen was dirty. There were no dishes available at all for my use. The outside of the fridge was very dirty as well as the bathroom. I had to go buy cleaner and disinfect the entire room. I was not comfortable enough to sleep on the bed. I slept in the leather chair.

Awesomely large room, totally adequate for a longer stay. Clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast is sparse, quickly out of packaged pastries, no fruit.

Upon my arrival to the property I was provided with a letter of Cancellation and a receipt indicating my card was declined. I spend 2 hours on the phone with two Booking .com agents who spoke to the Samadi Guess Representative who continued to inform the agents that my reservation was cancelled hours before my arrival. I have been charged by Booking.com and I did not stay at this location. I am still waiting for a call to address this matter.

The property at no point through the application nor on a call informed me that my reservation had been canceled hours before my arrival. The property did not accommodate me to get a room. I did not stay at this property. The hotel in the two hours at no point could not collaborate property with the booking Agents to resolve this issue. Again I did stay at this location.

The location, being it was directly across the street from my job. Took 1 minute to walk to work.

I did not like the way I was treated regarding my service dog. Extended Stay America promotes itself as “pet friendly,” but my dog is not just a pet — she is trained to assist me with my PTSD by clearing rooms and alerting me when it is safe. After one incident where she briefly slipped out without a leash, I assured management that she was under control, and there were no further issues. Instead of showing understanding or respect, I was made to feel unwelcome and ultimately asked to leave. This was not only deeply disrespectful, but also discriminatory and out of line with federal and state laws protecting service animals.

This hotel was misrepresented. It was an awful experience. The refrigerator was broken. They did not change our linen the 4 days we were there. When we asked about clean linens we were abused that we could bring the linens to the front desk and we would be given clean linens to make our bed ourselves. The couch in the room was tore up by previous animals. The door had a gap ask the way around it. Awful experience. Would like to soak to management.

I left a competitor to come here, and I am so glad I did. Honestly, I wish I had come here sooner! It’s cleaner, safer and far more secure. I love how friendly the staff is. They make you feel welcome and always make sure your needs are met.

The grab and go breakfast is a convenient, money-saving option and the establishment is cleaner, safer and more secure than other places I’ve been to in the last month. If you’re looking for an extended stay that cares for their guests, this is the right place!
