Property Notes

For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property. Housekeeping service is provided every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a weekly cleaning service is included, which covers dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and changing of linens and towels. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a nominal fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment purposes. Cash payments are not accepted. For guests travelling with pets: a maximum of two pets per room, each weighing up to 40 pounds, is permitted. An additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, followed by USD 15 per day thereafter. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may be complimentary, subject to availability. Any damage to linens (including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels) caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item. Smoking within the property will incur a penalty of USD 250. A designated smoking area is available. Unauthorized or unregistered guests are not permitted. An additional charge of USD 50 per guest per night will apply for any unregistered guests. A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay. Please note that parking for Multi-axle vehicles/RVs etc is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of $25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property. 1. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. The property’s reception opening hours are: 1/1/2026 to 31/12/2026: 9:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 22:00 Saturday to SundayGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "My only saving grace was I only went there to sleep."

I paid for a room and was given something half the size and told there was no price difference and nothing they could do about it. The place was filthy. Trash in the hallways, people riding bikes through the hotel. Pubic hair on the shower walls. My family showered with shoes on.

NOTHING. Wait the lady that told me when I was walking in that there was drug addicts all over Inlike that!

EVERYTHING! Booking.com have all these properties list on they website beautiful pool clean rooms. But it’s far from the truth look at pics and half of they pools are not operational and they rooms stink and dirty. And then when you ask for a refund you get the run around for weeks

Pictures are not what it looked like, when we got there THEY DID NOT HAVE MY HONOR MY RESERVATION, they gave it to someone else, the pool was down and they had no key cards so front desk would have to walk with u everytime you need to get it your room!
