Dirty. Everything dirty. From the windows to the walls . Till the sweat dropped down my ****s. But fr. Roach carried his baby across the sink in front of my very eyes. Debris on the floor as soon as u hit the elevator to ur room. And the smell. Omg. Must do better. And it seemed like people were living in the parking lot. But good customer service besides the other shenanigans..

The staff is very helpful.and super friendly… And you always see Some cleaning. The hotel is very clean.. the exterior is also clean..

They need more of the carts.. to put your belongings on. When you check out..

black mold on shower curtain. kitchen was convenient. Some staff were great , other staff were subpar.

Horrible service, our room had no hot water, the bed was nearly flat, we asked to be moved and was given the run around, finally got moved only.for the bed to still be flat and was treated like absolute dirt by one of the front desk clerks who told us to deal with it or leave

Prime location. Great for extended Stay neither solo or with family. I had the pleasure of being checked in by Desmond. He made the check in process so effortless and a pleasant experience. My room was clean and stocked with the amenities as described online. I will definitely add this to my choices whenever I come back to Atlanta.
