The hotel staff were very friendly. Clean rooms, pool and restaurant.

The pool should have it mandatory for an adult to be with kids under 16 or so. We had to leave the pool 2 of the nights because kids were so rowdy in and outside of the pool. We didn't feel like our children were safe in the water with them acting like they were. I felt like we were babysitting other people's children.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Included breakfast was a real plus, better than most.

I liked the location of the hotel, it was very coinvent for shops and restaurants. The breakfast the was included was amazing for a hotel breakfast.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival, it appeared that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and the shower drain did not work correctly. The mini fridge, microwave, and dresser drawers were all dirty, and both the bed and bedding had noticeable stains. Another frustration was the housekeeping schedule. We were not informed at check-in that housekeeping only services rooms every four days. Since our stay was four days long, our room was never cleaned during our visit. We found ourselves having to empty our own garbage and repeatedly request clean towels. Had we known this policy ahead of time, we could have planned accordingly. While I understand that some hotels have reduced housekeeping services, this should be clearly communicated at check-in. More importantly, guests should expect to arrive to a room that has been thoroughly cleaned and maintained. The lack of cleanliness throughout the room significantly impacted our overall experience.
