"Disappointed"

We had just stayed in a Comfort Inn & Suites in a different state and it was fantastic, like new, spotless, with a separate bedroom, king bed, small kitchen with full refrigerator and stovetop, two tv’s. Super nice. Chose same hotel in Indianapolis thinking it would be the same. It was not, just a basic, dated hotel room. Could not figure out how to work the tv. Finally figured out we had to push in the numbers to change channel as the “up” and “down” channel button didn’t work. Could not turn the tv off (we tried many times!!)

The location was good, closer to many places.

The room was very loud from outside traffic. They were no towel racks or body soap. The heater blew directly onto one of the beds which was very uncomfortable.
