Staff were friendly and courteous.

Room we were given upon check in only the light in kitchen area worked! Bathroom, vanity area & bedding table lamps did not work. Room we were moved to the toilet did not operate properly and tub looked unclean & no drain stopper but we stayed afraid another change we could get something worse. There were no outlets accessible on either side of bed for charging phones/devices and outlet on wall at foot of bed did not have any current making it unusable. The room charges are not justified for what this facility offers. Would not recommend staying at this location.

It was difficult to find help at the front desk. We could often hear voices in back, but it took forever before we saw a person. No daily towels, cleaning, trash, etc. I was told that we could haul our trash outside if it is full. Barely any food food for breakfast. There were two granola bars on a shelf, coffee, and hot water. No water, juice, nothing...... The hallways and room had an unpleasant odor.

The place looked terrible, the counter was old with cigarette burns in the kitchen, cabinets were in very bad shape. The pullout bed spring was broken, my friends had to sleep in incline due to the mattress having no support at the end of bed. It was late, so we waited to tell the front desk in the morning. The bathroom did not look clean at all.

The bed was comfortable.

The shower was dirty. There was a dirty towel behind the lamp.

Nothing. We found tiny bugs in the bed and room when we woke up after the 1st night. The floor was so filthy, I couldn't walk on it barefoot. The young lady at the front desk was kind enough to reimburse us for the rest of the stay but not for the creepy night we did stay.

I explained it all above. It was a nightmare from the beginning. Although it is in a great area, this place was less than appealing.

We left early. We tried to get another hotel but all were booked up. The room deplorable. Dirty. Cups were used. Shower rod broken from the wall and a safety hazard. The bed was barely a full size and not a twin. Floor was sticky. Asking for a refund.
