Bugs in the room
We had a problem with the tv not working properly. When the tech could not correct the problem, we were assigned another room 2 doors away very quickly . This was convenient since we had already unpacked. Great work of staff

Very awkward location if you come from Fort Lee Arrival
The place was very dirty, especially the bathroom and the bed. I found cockroaches in the bathroom, and the smell was horrible. I asked to be moved, and they told me it looked like that because it was going to be repaired, but honestly, it was more about dirt than any repairs. I will never go back to that place. I didn’t feel safe with all that filth. 0 out of 10.
