Holiday Inn Philadelphia South-Swedesboro by IHG

I had a pleasure staying at this hotel. Room was clean and was provided with extra towels. Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The food was delicious and was served quicker than expected. I will definitely stay again

The rooms 410 and 407 were in very poor condition the hotel overall also 1st floor smelled like mildew and had an air purifer plugged in in the hall where other family members stayed. Out tub/ toilet in 410 leaked and when u step on the floor infront toilet water under floor would bubble up. Just overall condition was poorly managed and maintained and certainly was not what we would expect for 150+ per night. I should have taken pictures but I did not but this could be investigated

The breakfast was very good and the service was very friendly. The reception staff was outstanding - very welcoming and quick to address any questions that I had. The location was convenient to the I-295 exit, which suited my needs very well.

The rooms had mold in the shower and all over the walls. I had to change room 3X to find a decent room. I’ll never book at this hotel again.

The hotel is located close to a major highway, and has an easy in, easy our entrance.

I had to leave because the room smelled so bad. I would have asked for another room but the entire floor smelled that way.
