Size of room nice lobby area

Limited breakfast. People coming in and out of side door. Had someone intoxicated sitting on the side of our entrance door to room. Dead bug on floor near window. Ants in bathtub.

Location was perfect for the concert we attended. We were not expected to stay at that location however, they had room available to us at last minute. Thank you.

I liked the space and openness of the room.

The front desk clerk was not helpful nor did she appear to want to be helpful. I asked for a room close to the elevator. "Nope, not possible." Got us a room pretty far down the hall. But, the keys didn't work. I called the front desk but she couldn’t bring keys up, so my spouse walked back to trade them for ones that work.2When he came back, he used the keys to get in...to someone else's room! I called her back and so now she put us in the farthest away from the elevator at the end of the hall. Ok, it was a clean room... Cleaned out, that is! For a suite, one would think they would at least supply basic needs. But nope, this room had no coffee maker nor coffee supplies, no cups or glasses, no tissues, and no kitchen supplies. It wasn't even a basic suite, it was just a room with a bed. Fair enough, we had a bed.

Location was convienient for our need. The Kitchenette was useful.

The bed was uncomfortable, There was a Roach in the Bathroom, the floor was bare and very cold. I was disappointed, mainly at how my family was undergoing unsafe and dangerous situations on the floor she was at and the unsafe atmosphere she was put in. She is currently experiencing a form of PTSD for the situation she was put in and at that it happened twice in a row. This was due to the front desk attendants neglect as well as the Management. The room was resold the same night my family checked in and a male stranger had a key to enter their room a few hours later. Same incident the following night. There was NO form of applogy made to our family. No email or a visit from Management or Corporate office. Situation uncalled for!! We addressed it directly to the front desk, but noone reached out yet!!
