Breakfast was adequate.

The hot plate and toaster were not working properly.

Kind staff, very helpful.

It’s very clean

The rooms have metal doors which make noise when opening and closing. They are not sound proof, one can hear what’s happening in a room that is closed. It is a great place if the doors are replaced with wood and sound proof doors.

It’s a good deal for the money.

They’re still renovating so some things are new and some still need updated.

The check in person was amazing.

Around 3 in morning I woke to a dropping noise. I found ceiling in bathroom directly over toilet leaking. If you used the toilet you were dripped on. The entire floor covered in water. I sat the small garbage can on toilet to collect water. Around 5 when I got back up trash can over flowing so I had to dump it in tub. Climb over toilet to get in shower. With no ability to use toilet without getting rained on. When I went down to check out. Two individuals at desk. I logged my complaint and they thanked me, offered me nothing, and walked away.
