Quality Inn Hermitage South

Clean, easy access off main road, close proximity to stores and restaurants, staff was very friendly! Rooms were ok, clean and bed was comfy.

Rooms could use some updating. Toilet and shower drainage is very slow.

Room was horrible. Someone's skin was left in a "new" trash bag in the room. Horrible shower head and pressure. Mattresses you can feel the springs. Multiple parts of the room have the wall paper hanging or stapled on the walls, hole in the wall next to 1 bed covered by a piece of wallpaper. Walls stained.No exhaust fan in bathroom, so after I shower and open bathroom door smoke detector goes off. 1 wall was a piece of drywall. Light fixtures hanging on the wall not secured as they should be. Bathroom ceiling you can see its been patched,and patched,and patched again. I understand as it seems they were doing some remodeling, but block the rooms that were in the process of being worked on to give your customer a better stay instead of seeing the horrible mess.
