It’s very good

Overall the room just wasn't clean. There were water marks on the kitchen table, the end table in the bedroom had streaks on it like it was just wiped with a wet cloth, the bathroom fixtures were dirty. There was paint on the dresser. The door knobs had been painted and it was flaking off. The cover for the dome light in the bathroom was missing. The showerhead was nasty. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The lighting was very harsh. There was a large difference in temperature between the living area and bedroom. On a good note the staff was very nice. It's also located in the same parking lot as several stores and restaurants. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again.

The one bedroom suite was spacious, but poorly designed with a lot of empty space, as if the room was originally planned to be something else. Quiet location at one end of a large shopping mall. A variety of restaurants within walking or very short driving distance depending on the weather. Attractive breakfast area. Well-organized kitchenette.

Furnishings are old and low quality. The wall art is a mishmash, has no theme, and is not attractive. Very poor lighting in the sofa/TV area. Two chairs for the table but the room sleeps four. Too few outlets in the bedroom. No chair in the bedroom. The decaf and regular coffee, and the oatmeal, is tasteless. Breakfast choices did not change. Wi-fi worked fine for newer IPads but would not connect with newer IPhones, used hot spot instead.

Convenient location.

Supplies in the room were very limited. Kitchen: No dish detergent. Plates, cutlery and glasses were not properly cleaned. We needed to go buy dish detergent to wash these items before we used them. No serving bowls. One dish towel, one dish cloth. The entire front of the refrigerator was smeared, looked like a dirty cloth was used to wipe it. Bathroom: One towel, hand towel & washcloth per person. No shower chair, shower floor was slippery - no handrails, no shelf for personal products. Room service was not daily, so towels were not changed or replaced, bed was made, but no change of linens. Breakfast - we were disappointed in the eggs and potatoes. Coffee/tea is only available during breakfast hours.

In order to get clean towels, you had to bring your dirty ones down to the check-in counter. Breakfast poor quality, replenishing of empty food containers, lacking proper timing. Food trays would be empty and they were very slow in refilling them for guests . The lobby and dining area air conditioning was either turned off or sat at a very warm temperature, which was uncomfortable. Rooms and common areas were clean, however, the small elevator had a tasteful odor.

Bed was very comfortable. The suite was very spacious and met our needs.

Could add an end table in living room .

read location and the room was huge and very clean. Definitely worth the money. They had a nice breakfast buffet. The only small issue is that I wanted to use the peloton bike that they had and it was not working and I called the desk three times and know how to reset it.
