"I stayed there because my stay was paid but if it wasn’t I would of looked for another location to stay at"

Nothing

The location was too dark and the room was not great not what I expected. The sofa bed was full of blood it looked like the tub was full of mold and worn out the closet was falling apart Just the whole property was not what I expected stayed at your guys properties at different locations they were never like this one.

"It was ok."

Breakfast ok. Location great. Safety great. Noise level great however housekeeping dept is needed. Lobby is very dirty. Dining area filfy.. room and bathrooms tubs sinks are not being cleaned at all.

I didn't like the lack of cleanliness.

"The best hotel I've ever stayed at!"

The Extended Stay Wolfchase is a great place to stay. If you want a superb staff that gives outstanding customer service, this is the place to stay. I can't say enough about the management and front desk ladies. Iris ,Shantae, and Jasmine are 3 of the best I've encountered while staying in a hotel. I must say that Extended Stay should give recognition to where its due. When you stay here, it feels like a happy home!!
