Que exigieron pagar 20 dollar por parking en el parking del hotel , nunca en ningun hotel han exigido pagar por parking en los hoteles , muy grosera la recepcionista

Overall the room and the location was great for what I needed! Everything was fairly close which was great! The room was perfect for 3 night stay. Only concern was the room service. No one attended the room. I made multiple calls and was told each time they would get fresh fowls yet didn’t receive any. Lastly, free parking was advertised. That is a lie, they charge $20 for parking a night!

I had a king room which was a good size. The bed was really comfy.

The staff weren't very helpful. The lifts were on one side of the building. You had to pay an additional 20 dollars per night for parking. The water in the room cost 3.00 dollars to replace. We asked for room service and was informed they don't have enough staff, you'll have to come fetch it. It was cleanish but more like 3* than 4. It was just medocre

Room was clean and bedding comfortable

Could not sleep because traffic noise was super loud

It was a nice lobby for socializing and 1 minute from the Highway to get back and forth to meetings.

The rooms smelled like an old hospital room due to the old AC unit. Had to spray Lysol and Cologne on the vents, curtains, bed, and floor to get rid of the smell during the stay. Also, you had to walk about 4 to 5 minutes around a bunch of twists and turns just to get to the elevator. A guest put out 2 bags of adult diapers in the hall and with no one monitoring the floors it smelled terrible but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Pas grand-chose, très honnêtement. Je suis allé dans cet hôtel en pensant que c’était 14 étoiles. Au final l’hôtel était très moyen la salle de bain laissé à désirer. En ce qui concerne la propreté m’apporte été cassé, je ne pouvais pas la fermer, on a dû me changer en pleine nuit de chambre, il a fallu que je bataille un peu pour cela et surtout il y a des gens qui aient dans les couloirs en pleine nuit, c’était très flippante, je n’ai pas aimé du tout cet établissement
