"Smells like cat urine and nasty owners! Not your regular IHG hotel."

This place is nasty. We booked three rooms. Two of the three reeked of mildew or something that resembled cat urine. The door in my room wasn't sealed and while the wind blew it sounded like a tea kettle going off. Switched rooms and still the same stink. Staff was very unfriendly insinuated that I was being some sort of diva because I wouldn't tolerate the smell. Advertisement said renovated 😂, but it is far from a good job. The "resort" title an abuse of the word. It was so bad I decided to check out early and pay more to stay somewhere else. Glad I did. That place is nasty They charged an early checkout fee, "resort" fees, and parking so the bill was 344 for a 200 per night stay. Nasty place and nasty owners. Avoid at all cost!

"Worth the points and a quiet location"

Very nice views and accommodations. While not right in the middle of all the action a pleasant quiet place with a lovely pool, hot tub and beach access. The beach is just 20 steps away. The units come with a full kitchen we traveled into Galveston at the Walmart and got most of our food, but also my son enjoyed getting snacks and things at the little bar in the signature building.

"Almost perfect place to stay!!!!!"

View, excellent. Service, great. Had a blast by the pool too! Free snow cones for the kids, lots of pool toys and the kids met friends to play with. Great dj and music.

No free continental breakfast. The $19 breakfast is the same breakfast every other hotel serves for free.
