Second room was great clean and handicap accessible. Close to venue and many other places. Inside and outside is cared for. Front desk young female and older male was very polite and had great customer service skills.

At time of booking I informed them I was 100% disabled and needed ground floor. First room the bath was full of roaches. They without hesitation moved our room. At 5 am I called asking for two more hours on check out time. Explained how my long drive from Austin with such disabilities has caused me to be up all night. I did not want to be on the road exhausted. The front desk just refused and was heart less and bitter with his tone. He did offer I pay for another night then I could stay the two hours. Very disappointing to experience discrimination for disabled people.
