Sonesta Simply Suites Stafford - Sugarland - Houston

The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and professional. The beds were very clean, the AC and TV worked great. The fridges were clean and the cooking appliances were clean as well. They provided packets of toiletries, several trash bags in each trash can, an ironing board and iron, bars of soap, tissues and clean towels. It was nice and spacious and very quiet. Any questions I had the staff happily answered.

The chairs in the room were broken. The recliner was extremely difficult to recliner as well as putt the foot rest back down, the rolling chair had tears in the back of it and was very hard to roll with the base being broken. In their pictures online it also shows 2 chairs for this room at the table but there was only 1. The fridge was leaky. There were roaches but we came prepared for that with bug spray. The light under the microwave did not work and the cook top "ON" light did not turn on so you had to touch the surface after about 5 mins to make sure it was actually off. The room key kept having issues every single day despite booking for a week.

No pull out sofa bed as advertised.

People sitting outside drinking, smiking, doing drugs. They damaged my car and dented the hotel door. The manager still charged me two nights even though i left after the first night
