Sonesta Simply Suites Stafford - Sugarland - Houston

The room had a few bugs and stains in the restroom. I was also downgraded to a smaller room after check in since my original room was ready. Front desk told me it’d be the same type of room, but it went from a king size bed to a full.

I loved the fact that I was accommodated with a downstairs room .I also love the location .

I chose the room with the kitchenette and kitchenware .When I got to the room there was no kitchenware ,so I had to go all the way back home to pick up all the things I needed to cook.

The staff is genuinely concerned for the residents on property... And the new color scheme...

I miss the swimming pool, it's summer... And they add a barbecue area, with the summer sun already microwaving us...

Waited a long while for check in, I was getting in around 9 which is not too late. Shower in my room did not work. AC unit was leaking. Lots of people hanging out in the hallways blaring music every evening.

I like the location and accommodating, friendly staff
