Very comfortable and clean. The little deck off the back was nice. Employees were all very nice and helpful. It was reaaly nice to have breakfast in the morning.

We ran out of TP and we had to go down to the front desk to get it. Other than that, which was nbd, we thought it was very nice. A little pricey but there was a home football game so I'm sure it is better off season.

The staff was very friendly and personable. I also appreciated the fact that they went out of their way to make our stay right! We decided to leave suddenly due to a domestic disturbance in the neighboring room. The cops, ultimately, left the family in the hotel, and we left because my children were traumatized and crying. It posed a dangerous situation for us being that we reported the abuse. The front desk clerk did his best to rectify the situation. We were very appreciative!

The breakfast wasn't the best. Good variety, but the hot food wasn't that good.

Happy that my room was near the elevator and the ice machine. Kudos to Ms. Watkins!! Very professional and personable.

Traffic getting and out of the location is horrible. Initially, my reservation could not be located. Ms. Watkins was awesome in finding the problem and resolving the issue.
