Hand sink so low just for kid and faucet missing handle

The property was smelling weed and cigarettes. It’s like a survival place and ready to be demolished. I will post this on all social media posts , this is worst thing as I was entering into a new year . Do something about it plesse , I will demand a refund or credit of some sort from Expedia for proposing such a hotel. My family was disappointed and recommended not to use both Expedia and Quality inn group of hotels .

the price was great and having breakfast was a plus

The first room they gave us was already occupied, which we only discovered when we unlocked the door and walked in on the occupants. The second room was filthy dirty. Two lights were broken and the carpet, bathroom and shower were disgusting. Cigarette burns on sheets and covers. Safety latch on the door was broken, which was super comforting knowing they already gave us a key to someone else's room. Couldn't get out of there fast enough!

High cost for a marginal facility.

The bed broke. The desk person resisted a change of room until we insisted. Room was not very clean. Substandard for price charged.

Everything was good the tube just needs to be redone! Did feel comfortable taking a shower with out shower shoes

Roaches, dirty, stay somewhere else!

Absolutely nothing.

Where to even begin.. rude staff, room infested with roaches, they did take me to a “good room,” as they called it. Tried to call the office to complain about roaches and the phone was completely disconnected, had missing buttons and there was a baby roach on it. (See pic!) Only slept a few hours that night in the “good room,”and ran out in the morning, I was back at 9:45am. Checkout is 11:00am and they were in my room turning it over already. I hadn’t even checked out yet?! I needed a shower but had to literally kick housekeeping out of the room to do so. Had my kid with me, she was MORTIFIED. Worst hotel stay EVER. From the moment I walked in they were rude. Told me not to smoke in my room about 4 times for some reason, it was super offensive. My daughter said it smelled like pee in the first room. I don’t review things, this is my first review of literally ANYTHING in 40 years. They forced my hand. It was just that awful.

Very old and outdated. Smelled very strongly of smoke even on a non smoking room. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean. Staff was nice.
