The housekeeping staff member that gave me a charger and was very professional and kind!!

Upon checking in the night auditor by the name of Gilbert was extremely rude, he seemed as if he didn’t want to check me in and it was after 12pm I was exhausted and had to put up with his nasty demeanor,My room was already paid for but ended up having to pay twice for one stay because he seemed as if he couldn’t locate my reservation and I had the receipt and booking number that he repeatedly and I believe purposely kept putting in wrong into the system,then he continued to make smart remarks because he really wanted to turn me away from getting the room that I already had paid,I truly believe he wanted a issue but I didn’t give him one,then he purposely assigned me a room that was so far away that we got lost trying to find it, and when I came back to the front desk for directions again he laughed as if something was funny cause we couldn’t find the room and I was extremely tired of him especially and the process that I had to go through when I already had paid twice!!!..Quality Inn really dropped the ball in hiring such a nasty, rude, night auditor!! I was extremely disappointed in the level of customer service,and customer relations Gilbert showed!!

Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location.

The breakfast was good but the eggs were cold. They may have forgotten to plug in the warming dish…not sure.

Great location right off of the interstate. Many options for nearby restaurants.

Mattress and pillows were a little soft for our preference.
