Flooring opposed to carpet. Wonderful staff, clean, great pool & hot tub (no kids after 10pm and pool was open until 12am), and AMAZING staff.

Hot tub was too hot.

"Terrible! Bed bugs! Food terrible!"

Terrible eggs were cold and terrible flavour, ham was borderline still frozen, potato wedges cold. Orange juice dispenser was broken, tables dirty, no cutlery, only plastic spoons available, couldn’t even cut ham.

I had bed bug bites over my body! Disgusting! I will never book with the best western plus again! Tv didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, bathtub stopper was broken. View was terrible looking at an abandoned building. The elevator was unbelievably slow, the breakfast was cold & terrible flavour. This was probably the worst experience in a hotel we ever experienced! The guy came the next day to fix TV, did not come the first night of stay, came the next day in the afternoon, disappointed couldn’t even watch Remembrance Day service. The only positive thing is the reception at checkin was nice & friendly that’s the only reason I gave a one star and location to WEM. So terribly disappointed and disgusted!
