"If there is no where else to stay, this place will do"

The price was right for the hotel. Location decent.

It desperately needs to be updated and fixed. Potholes in the hallway, doors to building to shut. The hotel door doesn’t have a security latch. Our door kept getting stuck on the inside so we couldn’t get out. The carpets are super over due for a clean, everything is old and damaged. The dressers are too big and overhang doorways. Nothing felt clean. The mattress was comfy tho. Curtains ripped. Ceiling patched.

"Slum lord to pay back customers"

Nothing!

They did not want us to pay with a 3rd party site like booking.com. the rate initially was $190 . The heater did not work. There was no hot water even after running for 20mins. The staff were prejudice against white people. I think this hotel is owned by a slum lord who should be shut down!

"Cleanliness of the room was a failure."

Location was great and close to alot of amenities. Breakfast was decent.

The overall cleanliness was really bad. There were stains on sheets, shower curtains. Rug was fraid and stained and looked like it had not been steamed or cleaned in a long time. There were holes in the walls. Finally there was not even a desk to work at and this was a queen suite. Ramada used to be quality but I have stayed at 2 in a row that have been disappointing.
