Property was beautiful, the acrobatics team was a pleasure throughout the property and the shows.

They had a cappuccino machine, which was filled with ants. So when you dispersed a coffee, if you looked closely, you’d realize there are ants filled in it.

I want to compliment Manager Jay and his Team at the Stanley Sarova Hotel Nairobi CBD for their professionalism and excellent customer service. Nolan School of Procurement held a function at one of their beautiful restaurants there today 1 May 2026 and everyone loved the food and the atmosphere. Very friendly, helpful staff. "Grand old colonial hotel with exceptional staff"

This downtown hotel is a truly grand old colonial hotel that is exceptionally well maintained. Staff are professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly on top of their game, with Maxwell, Charles, Emily and Nickson truly exceptional and amongst the top quarter per cent in their fields. My premium executive room was comfortable and provided generous accommodation, as well as access to one of the best club lounges on the planet.
