"Nice, but just a little tweaking needed."

Clean, pleasant.

Staff was a little harsh to the sweet lady in front of us at check-in. Our AC was noisy.

"Not likely too ever stay there again and I think not likely to stay at any best western again."

The location was pretty good, as it was close to a Denny's and they had a much better breakfast.

No wi-fi which is a big pain when you're trying to do stuff on the road and stay on track. Pool was cold and no hot tub.
