La Quinta by Wyndham Dublin - Pleasanton

The room & service was WONDERFUL! The breakfast was enjoyable & the view while eating was nice :) Our room came with extra blankets, cups, bowls, utensils, a fridge EVERYTHING without asking definitely recommend.

Great location, quiet room. The free breakfast is a plus.

I Love the La Quinta, I call it my home away from home. The hotel is so nice and so clean. The staff and housekeeping are very kind. The room was clean and wonderful. They had great movie channels. Housekeeping was considerate and did not bother me and never kept knocking, they were very patient. The continental breakfast was good and satisfying every morning. Checking out was perfect, perfect in the way that no one was pounding on your door to leave. I was very pleased with my stay and I recommend this place.

The actual stay was great. However, I chwck in process was less than desirable. After a 22hour travel day, we were very ready to fall into bed when we arrived at the hotel around 11pm. We waited at the counter for 5-10 minutes with no sign of any employee. We started looking g for someone and yelling hello with no answer. Finally my husband, who is a retired police officer went into the back room and knocked on the door loudly, yelling hello. At this point an employee came out and apologized. Saying he must have fallen asleep. The employee got us checked in and sent us to our room. When we got to our room, neither key would work for the door. I went Back to the counter to get keys reprogrammed. Got the keys and went back to the room. When I keyed In, we were shocked to see there was someone else I the room, sleeping. Mortified, I went Back to the check in counter. The employee apologized and then sent us to a new room. The new room worked out just fine and we had a decent nights sleep.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Breakfast was a nice treat with good options to start the day. It was also very convenient to have coffee available in the lobby at all times. Free parking was another big plus and made our stay even more hassle-free. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience!
