Ramada by Wyndham Fresno Northwest

Gr8 place to stay! I enjoy the staff, my daughter says they are nice and she loves the waffles and oj! Clean rooms and the laundry room is well maintained.

The location was pretty good. Close to food, freeway and a park with a playground and big grassy area for my kiddos to play at.

The street that the Ramada is off is really busy and really hard to pull out into traffic.

Customer service was terrible, and there was no room available after booking it for 9 AM and driving 7 hours from San Diego for work.

Wha charged an extra $200 for having my service dog.they took the money out first then told me they did it the told me we had to leave after we payed 192 for two night they took almost $450 off my card but returned my 50 room deposit.

They're thieves money hungry
