Holiday Inn Express Lompoc by IHG

Very clean room and hotel. Room is spacious and parking is easy. Safe location. Even hallway smells good. I have stayed at several hotel brands in different cities but this particular Holiday Inn was an epitome of a good service. I hope other branches/hotels learn from this place. I never thought Lompoc is a place to find such a jewel.

Everything went smoothly, we asked for an early check-in, and I was led to believe that we would get it without a charge, but I had a charge on my credit card for the early check-in. Other than that, the staff was great and everything was nice about the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel with everything needed to be comfortable! Very clean and breakfast is well stocked! I have always had a good experience with these Holiday Inns.

The room was much bigger than a regular hotel one.

The toilet didn’t flush. We addressed the issue and they said the plumber would come in a day. We had one night so nobody fixed it. We had to use the toilet in another building (the main one where they serve breakfast) Something wrong with the sink drainage. There accumulated a big puddle underneath. All the facilities should be tested before each client. Slide door to the bathroom with no lock at all. Very inconvenient. Our room was near the ice machine - noisy during night. Plus it was kind of separated from the hallway and the fire doors in the hallway were closed for some reason for the night and people kept opening and closing them - noisy again.

Poor lighting where fridge and microwave were. Had to use washcloth in door to keep from noise with loose rattling door. Poor lighting in area with mirror by bathroom. Noisy toilet flush Shower pressure week Breakfast choices unchanged during our 3 nights. Ran out of items with no refills. Cinnamon rolls too dense Never got an answer on late check out request

It is a great hotel for the value. The only things I wish they could improve is: 1. Put recycling bins in the rooms 2. The towels seemed a bot old 3. The water cooler in the gym was broken 4. Queen beds are small for two adults sleeping together Some things that were good were: 1. Hotel is very well maintained and very clean 2. Staff is very friendly 3. Bathroom shower was amazing 4. Heating / cooling of the room was great 5. Location is good - 25 minutes drive from Solvang if you don't want to spend a lot on hotels in Solvang.

Clean property in a good location.

I had wonderful customer service at my local IHG location from Melissa Ibarra . She helped me find a different IHG location in Ventura next to the Harbor beautiful view I was headed to a concert and this location was close . It was clean, bed was super comfy the pillows were perfect. Thank you Melissa
