Close to sea world, and mission beach! Also lots of dining options, free breakfast to start the day, and friendly staff. Little relaxing hot tub and pool as well. Cute for the little ones. Nice commute to many places!!!! Also the pizza recommendations for delivery was a life saver!!! So delicious and condiment! Thank you for everything!

Sink drained slow first night we got there, but started going down after a day. no view out my window behind the holiday inn sign, just a brown wall. It’s ok though because it’s kind of in a secluded area off the freeway. We were there to explore the park, and beach, not stay inside all day.

Walls very thin, could hear the freeway all night, more expensive than I would normally pay, odd location not in the safest area

During our stay, we experienced repeated plumbing problems. When we first went to take a shower, the water was not draining properly. We informed your staff, and someone came to fix it. However, when the next person went to shower, the same issue happened again. We had to call once more for assistance. The following morning, another serious issue occurred. While using the toilet, after flushing, dirty water suddenly started coming out of the sink and began overflowing. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. We immediately contacted the front desk for assistance. The staff member we spoke with, whose name was Maizer, spoke very rudely to my husband over the phone. When my sister and I went to the front desk in person, he also spoke to us in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. His behavior was inappropriate, and he did not demonstrate proper customer service skills. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but how they are handled makes a big difference. Unfortunately, the combination of repeated plumbing problems and poor customer service made our stay very disappointing.

The breakfast itself was not very good, but what made the experience very bad was there were not enough tables and seating for many of the guest, including my family for the two mornings we went to breakfast. It was crowded and very unfair to not have any place to sit down with your meal, especially with young children.

The food was nothing special. Definitely not fresh or homemade tasting. There could be more options. The coffee machine was probably the best thing in the dining. Not having a place to sit or even set your plates down while trying to get food for the rest of your kids was really awful.

The doors closing from the other rooms were disruptive. My bed would sometimes shake me awake :( but i would stay here again bc of all the good things I liked

Breakfast was good, menu rotated. Great location if visiting SeaWorld. Family friendly. Clean. Friendly staff.

Parking, too tight.

It was a good hotel regardless of some of the reviews I read! The location was great with plenty of other of restaurants to walk to! The breakfast was great and had options to pick from! The room was comfortable and clean! The staff were super nice and welcoming from the minute we checked in until we checked out.

The breakfast area had limited seating, but just took to my room to eat. This might have just been my room but the tub didn’t drain well but not a big deal at all.
