The property itself wasn’t bad but the staff didn’t have our room ready for check in time and than when we asked for a room they said we had to pay and extra $29 dollars for a room that was already ready and they could have easily put us in?? Instead of charging us and I was supposed to get back a $50 dollar deposit refund and never got it and was told they the 29 dollars out of my deposit for “early check in” and then said I was supposed to get the remaining the same day and even then never got it.

La ubicación.

Que me hicieron el cobro total 3 días antes de mi llegada para checar mi tarjeta y cuando volví me hicieron el cargo de nuevo. Aunque sí me hicieron la devolución del cargo previo, batallé un poco con mi banco. No había necesidad de que me volvieran a cobrar.
