There were no microwave ovens, iron/board, restaurant

The staff were incredible and switched us to another room for the next evening... they were friendly and professional, excellent staff.

The loudest night ever at a hotel, our room was directly across from a bar with patrons outside yelling well past 2am. There was sleep noise machine in the room... now we understand why.

The window curtains are too thin and let in a lot of sunlight, which makes it difficult to sleep in

Old damp dirty and poor staff. Can’t believe Hilton put their name to this

Dieses Hotel ist in bester Lage um Downtown Santa Barbara mit den Shops und Restaurants zu erkunden. Das Personal war freundlich.

Unser Zimmer war klein und eng. Zudem war es zur Strassenseite hinter der Wäscherei. Eine echte Abstellkammer. Das Frühstück war ungeniessbar und sollte nochmals bezahlt werden obwohl es bei unserer Buchung inkludiert war
