"Up all night"

Overall not to bad. The room seemed clean,the a/c unit kept us up all night though. Terribly loud right next to our bed.

"The non “Pet Friendly” hotel"

This stay was one of my worst hotel experiences. The staff gave attitude, there was no designated pet area for dogs, the room had dead flies in it and the bed creaked with every movement. The “designated area” for pets in the back of the property had trash, cigarette buds and I even saw a used needle. This place is strictly “Pet Friendly” just to rake in extra money, do yourself a favor and spend it somewhere else.

"Short stay for a concert in Wheatland"

Your typical basic motel which is what we were looking for. Room was clean and in working order Breakfast was OK, above just cereal and a pastry. Area seemed pretty safe and the parking lot was well lit. About 20 minutes from a concert in Wheatland.

"Barely passable. "

If taking a pet then expect the worst room. Next to stairs or vending machines and always a dirty carpet. No place for pets to go. No grass anywhere. We had a long walk and it's not a great place to be walking. Pool and hot tub not kept up very well. Kind of dirty. Best thing for me was the Sizzler next door. The breakfast was just okay. Barely passable for the expense. Not really worth it. I will go elsewhere next time I'm in town.

"Excellent"

The manager was wonderful. I checked in late and she made sure I felt safe and was very welcoming. The only downfall was the workout room. 2 out of 3 of the treadmills were out of order. The breakfast was also quite delicious. I will stay here again while in yuba city.
