Very poor breakfast and no room to eat

Our bathroom had floor damage and the tub faucet leaked horribly

The hotel look nothing like the picture. The restroom looked like it was under construction. I took my son a shower and the shower started filling up with nasty water the maintenance guy came to unclogged it and it was 2 hand full of hair that he took out. We were supposed to get a room with 2 beds and 1 foldable couch which there was no coach just a nasty bed in the corner of the room Also the restroom got clogged and started spilling they switched us rooms but to a smaller one and the restroom at least got clogged like 5 times on us at our stay worst place ever.

The room service was great but bathroom was licking water on the roof top where you seat down on the toilet drops where dripping to our head or body . I was disgusted about that. It’s just old but I just think a lot work from the hotel owner should be done the floor smells horrible. House keeping is 10/10 and workers are also very nice .

I would not recommend!!! I got a 2 twin beds and a pullout couch and the couch was broken! Then it took me 2 hours to go to sleep because it was so loud. This is the longest hotel I ever been to. I can hear the honking outside and the people in the room next to us and around us. The window was not even open and I can hear every single thing. This is just my experience I had here but overall would not come back.

We had an amazing time here

Breakfast was not great compared to other holiday inns, limited searing, no hot water, limited tea options.

Very comfortable and clean. Accommodating for my dog. Close to Hot Springs.
