It’s close to the location I need to be, making everything more convenient.

It took me three attempts to find the right room. I initially thought I had it, but the first two rooms were horrendous: the smell was unbearable, the couches were filthy with stains, and the beds still had hair on the sheets and pillows. Fortunately, the third room seemed acceptable—no odor, clean couches, and freshly made beds. I went to take a shower, only to discover the drain wasn’t working. I had to find a cup and manually dump the water into the toilet before my husband arrived so he could shower. When I contacted the staff, I was told maintenance doesn't work after hours. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
