Jennifer took care of everything. It's always nice to see a familiar face especially when they go above and beyond every single time. I can't thank her enough. Pool was nice. View is pretty nice especially at night (less noise traffic). Breakfast is ok but could improve a bit. Bahama Breeze will hopefully get revamped and have a better menu. They have a nice relaxing and convenient location so better food options would be great.

We arrived in the midst of a storm in the area which knocked out the elevator. We have mobility issues and Jennifer did everything she could do get us on the 1st fl. On return we booked the wrong night. Here again Jennifer worked wonders and found us a room. Travel is stressful enough but to have someone like Jennifer makes it easier. Thank you, Carolyn and Jerry

This hotel was not worth the price. We received no cleaning service and our room had bugs. Garbage was visible in halls by elevator and every time we needed bedding, towels, or toilet paper, we had to go to the front desk. Unacceptable for the prices charged. The only good thing was the free breakfast and airport shuttle. I would not stay again.
